Sierra Leone · 2017 to 2022
University of Lunsar
We managed the construction of a full university campus, seven buildings powered by on-site solar and well water, then built the staffing, records, and brand systems to run it. We also sourced and shipped much of the material from the United States.
Complete, and graduating students today.

Full lifecycle management of seven structures across a single campus, from planning through delivery.
Logistics
Sourcing, packing, and ocean shipment of goods and materials from the United States to Lunsar.
HR & Records
Staffing structure, people systems, and secure custody of the University's legal documents.

Mile 91, near Magburaka · 2024 to 2025
Impact Sierra Leone
In a rural village near Magburaka, Impact Sierra Leone serves women and children with clothing, medicines, and school supplies, and funds the nurses who run a community clinic. We helped it grow from the inside out: a new website and upgraded brand, two flagship programs we named and designed, Seeds of Life and the Agribusiness Hub, and the construction design for the Hub's commercial building, alongside donor presentations, social media, and fundraising systems.
