Client Policies
Clear terms. Protected data. A transparent partnership from day one.
Payment Terms
C&B Group delivers time-based professional consulting through structured sprints, typically 12 weeks in duration. All payments are non-refundable, including deposits, retainers, and installment payments.
What enrollment means
By enrolling in a sprint or selecting a payment plan, the Client reserves dedicated capacity, scheduling priority, and production time from C&B Group.
No refunds will be issued for services rendered, work in progress, or unused meeting time.
Payment plans are commitments, not pay-as-you-go arrangements. If a Client discontinues, misses meetings, or pauses engagement, the remaining balance is due under the agreed schedule.
Pause requests are handled at C&B Group's discretion. Rescheduling or make-up options may be offered when feasible. This does not create a right to a refund.
Chargebacks or payment disputes do not negate this policy. Clients agree to contact C&B Group first to resolve billing questions in good faith.
C&B Group delivers every agreed scope with professionalism and integrity. Refunds are not provided because all services are customized, time-allocated, and actively produced throughout the sprint.
Information Protection
C&B Group prioritizes data security to protect privacy and maintain service integrity. This policy outlines the security measures applied to information collected through our website and digital tools.
All data collected, whether personal or business-related, is handled securely and accessed only by authorized personnel for legitimate business purposes.
Industry-standard encryption protocols and SSL technology protect all data transmitted between client devices and our servers.
Names, contact details, and business information are stored securely and used solely as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Client data is never sold, traded, or shared without consent, except as required by law or to fulfill contractual obligations.
Data access is restricted to authorized personnel. Strict controls and authentication mechanisms prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
Regular audits and assessments identify and address vulnerabilities proactively. This keeps protections current against emerging threats.
Robust backup and recovery procedures mitigate data loss risk from hardware failures, natural disasters, or cyberattacks. Regular backups to secure off-site locations support timely restoration.
C&B Group adheres to all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
All employees receive training on data security best practices, including threat identification, secure data handling, and maintaining confidentiality.
Data security practices are continuously monitored, assessed, and improved. Client and stakeholder feedback is welcomed to strengthen protections.
In the event of a security breach or unauthorized data access, C&B Group will promptly investigate, mitigate risks, and notify affected individuals and authorities as required by law.
By using our website and digital tools, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Data Security Policy. For questions about data security practices, contact info@conteh-brown.com or (804) 585-4758.
C&B Group is committed to transparency. Reach out with any billing or data security questions.
