Contact form submissions are retained for up to twelve (12) months unless a service engagement begins, at which point they become part of the client record.

Newsletter subscriber data is retained for as long as the subscription is active. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time through the link provided in each email. Upon unsubscription, email addresses are removed from active lists within 30 days.

Website analytics data is aggregated and non-identifying. It is retained according to Squarespace's standard data retention schedule.

Chat and automated assistant data may be retained to improve service quality. No chat data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
