LeaseForward is Conteh & Brown Group’s landlord partnership program that pairs property owners with supported tenants placed through our housing-stabilization contract with the City of Newport News (VIEW Program). The initiative reduces landlord risk while producing stable, professionally supported tenancies through coordinated case management, financial guarantees, and property care.
What We Provide The Landlord
Financial Assurances:
City-guaranteed deposit plus 1–2 months’ initial rent; access to future rental assistance during tenancy; City coverage for move-out damage invoices.
Tenant Supports:
Tenant-responsibility and budgeting workshops, ongoing case management focused on employment stability, and tailored move-in assistance.
Property Care:
Quarterly property integrity inspections, quarterly deep commercial cleanings, and minor–moderate repair and contracting services coordinated by C&B.
Operational Partnership:
Single point of contact, streamlined documentation, and responsive coordination to minimize landlord burden.
