The role, defined.

One contact for the whole job.

C&B manages the build. We coordinate the work, hold the schedule, and document every phase from scope definition through close-out. Hazard assessment and risk reduction are part of the scope.

C&B coordinates licensed, insured contractors and specialty trades under formal agreement. Bring your own team, or we recommend licensed associates from the C&B network. Each firm is required to carry its own insurance. C&B carries its own coverage separately. However many partners a job takes, you still have one point of contact. Full project accountability.

C&B represents you on-site, in contractor meetings, and in permitting conversations. The work is managed to the scope, the schedule, and the budget you approved.

What your project gets.

Three phases of disciplined management.

Every engagement follows three phases. Each has defined deliverables and documented milestones.

01 / Planning

Pre-construction.

Scope, budget, contractor selection, permits, hazard assessment, and schedule baseline. Everything documented before mobilization.

02 / Execution

Active construction management.

On-site coordination, timeline enforcement, change order management, and safety oversight. Hazard conditions are escalated as they are identified.

03 / Delivery

Close-out and handoff.

Punch list, final inspections, as-built records, warranty packages, and formal owner handoff. Close-out is a deliverable, not an afterthought.

Fit & honesty.

Who C&B serves. Who we refer elsewhere.

This works for organizations that need independent management and risk oversight on their build.

This is for you if:

  • You own the project: municipality, developer, landlord, building owner, or institution.
  • You need independent management of the build, accountable to you.
  • Your project needs multiple contractors and trades coordinated, whether you bring them or we recommend them.
  • You want timeline, budget, safety, and quality accountability from an external PM.
  • Your project is in Virginia or the mid-Atlantic region.

We refer you elsewhere if:

  • Your project is a single trade on a simple scope that does not need coordination.
  • You need architectural or engineering design services.
  • Your project is residential single-family or personal home renovation.
  • You do not yet have a defined scope, budget, or funding source.
  • You need project financing arranged before construction can begin.
Start the conversation.

Your next build deserves professional management.

Thirty minutes. We review your scope, assess risk, and discuss your timeline.
