Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services—time-based professional consulting delivered through a structured sprint format (typically 12 weeks, but sprints may be shorter or longer)—all payments are non-refundable ✅, including deposits, retainers, and installment payments.

By enrolling in a sprint and/or selecting a payment plan, Client reserves dedicated capacity, scheduling priority, and production time from Conteh & Brown Group. As a result: 📌

  • No refunds will be issued for services rendered, work in progress, or unused meeting time.

  • Payment plans are commitments, not pay-as-you-go arrangements. If Client discontinues participation, misses meetings, or pauses engagement, the remaining balance remains due under the agreed schedule.

  • If Client requests a pause, Conteh & Brown Group may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling or make-up options when feasible; this does not create a right to a refund.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes do not negate this policy ⚖️. Clients agree to contact Conteh & Brown Group first to resolve billing questions in good faith.

Conteh & Brown Group is committed to delivering the agreed scope with professionalism and integrity; however, refunds are not provided because our services are customized, time-allocated, and actively produced throughout the sprint.
