Where do you serve?
Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Petersburg and Dinwiddie.
Who comes to my home?
A Clear & Bound Finisher for cleaning, and a Bound Mender for wall prep. On a plan, we work to send the same Finisher each visit.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call or text us at least 48 hours before your visit and we will move it at no charge.
What does wall prep include?
Patching and smoothing nail holes and small dings, ready for touch-up. Painting, electrical and plumbing are not included.
How does the gift work?
You receive a gift certificate by email to pass along. The person you gift it to contacts us and chooses their own day.

Member offer terms

  • Your group’s member code takes $25 off one package per household.
  • Holiday Ready and Clean Start: book by November 25, 2026. Spots are limited and close when the calendar is full.
  • Move-Out Ready and Gift a Deep Clean: code valid through December 31, 2026.
  • Prices apply to homes up to 2,000 sq ft in the service area listed above.
  • Clean Start visits are scheduled every two weeks after your Deep Clean.
  • Refund requests go to accounts@conteh-brown.com and follow our Customer Care Policy.

Clear & Bound Co. performs cleaning, packing and small repair work on projects under $1,000. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas and structural work, and projects of $1,000 or more, are referred to independent licensed contractors who quote, contract and bill that work directly.
