What does the process of submitting a bid response to the government entail?

Meet 2-3 times to gain mutual understanding about business operations & reviewing the contract of interest.
Meet in-person to review a bid proposal and all its parts
Submit the bid proposal via online platform, email, or hand delivery.
While patiently waiting for a response from the purchaser, we will find ways to stay connected via marketing to the purchaser in the interim.
What happens if we secure the bid?
We sign a partnership agreement detailing our roles and responsibilities and we exchange COIs.
We each sign service agreements with the government agency or organization we have accepted an offer from.
We onboard the staff necessary to meet the requirements of the scope of services.
We hold weekly meetings for project oversight, operational strategies, quality assurance, & risk mitigation.
