Welcome to New [Fiscal] Year

New Year, New Income Streams

The Year 2025 was amazing for Conteh & Brown. We were awarded a contract with the City of Newport News providing human services to vulnerable populations enrolled in their VIEW Program. C&B’s Human Service Board takes the lead on this project, guided by its Executive Director, Ms. Nicole Welds, LCSW. This labor of love is the culmination of our team’s work on human service program design.

We survived, and profited, during a government shut down.
— The C&B Corporate Center

When the government shuts down, business doesn’t stop—but it does change. During the recent shutdown, we had a chance to see firsthand how government contracting works when operations slow down or get disrupted. It gave us a deeper understanding of how to help small businesses stay steady, adapt, and still find ways to grow—even in uncertain times.

We’ve officially moved into a brick-and-mortar office. As the business has grown, working from home started to feel more chaotic than convenient—especially with family life happening in the background. The professional women of Conteh & Brown Group needed a quiet, focused space to lock in—away from toddlers, teen tyrants, and the daily distractions of home.

We want to make first quarter of 2026 productive for you so second quarter of 2026 is extremely profitable. Putting in the hours of work to develop efficient systems and advertise now is how you set your business to achieve consistent and significant income.

It’s time to achieve those $10,000 months.
